Our main line of bamboo & organic cotton apparel is ethically made in Canada, with an emphasis on eco friendly fabrics. Reasons to choose Bamboo and Organic Cotton: Bamboo is extremely environmentally friendly, using very little water, needing no harmful chemicals to grow. It is naturally moisture wicking and proven to reduce odour. The high quality of bamboo makes for clothing that keeps it's shape, is luxuriously soft, and breathable. Organic Cotton is grown safely, processed without toxic dyes, and isn't treated with chemicals, making it softer, yet more durable. Choosing organic cotton also helps protect the oceans from microfiber pollution. Farm owners and their families benefit from wide adoption of this type of farming as they are not exposed to chemical toxins and can earn more profit. Farmers are able to grow food on their land when they use organic growing methods - crop diversity is an important part of organic farming. |
Do you know how we make our prints?
It's a process that has gotten lost as quicker and easier methods of printing apparel has gained momentum. It is the ancient art of block printing that we use when making our apparel with a uniquely, one of a kind, fresh take on graphic tees. Every design is a hand drawn original art concept that is then brought to the carving table where we use small printing knives and tools to transfer the design to rubber sheets. Each design is inked by hand, and carefully transferred one at a time, a true labour of love.
